Monitoring Matrix on Enabling Environment for Civil Society 2020-2021 Turkey Report is Published

The report, based on the Monitoring Matrix methodology developed by members of the Balkan Civil Society Development Network (BCSDN), including TÜSEV, with support from the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL) and the European Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ECNL), examines the enabling environment for civil society within three main areas: Basic Legal Guarantees of Freedoms, the Framework for CSOs’ Financial Viability and Sustainability, and the Public Sector-CSO Relationship.

The Monitoring Matrix on Enabling Environment for Civil Society Development, 2020-2021 Türkiye Report not only reviews the current legal framework and practices but also aims to guide CSOs, the government, international organizations, and donors by identifying priority areas for reform and providing policy recommendations.
