Legal Reform

Under this program area, we examine the legal and financial regulations concerning foundations and associations, monitor the current situation and developments related to their implementation, and create informational resources on these topics. Based on these efforts, we develop policy recommendations and carry out advocacy work. Additionally, within the scope of our Legal Reform program, we conduct activities to increase and secure civil society participation in the formation of public policies and legislative processes, and to support public-civil society cooperation from various perspectives.L
