We conducted our 2024-2025 Strategy Workshop with the graduates of the Philanthropy Professionals Education Program

As TUSEV, we gathered online on May 24th with the graduates of the Philanthropy Professionals Education Program (FPEP), designed for NGO workers under the Philanthropy Infrastructure Development Project we carried out between 2011-2021. Following meetings held in February and March, this month’s meeting focused on discussing our FPEP 2024-2025 goals and areas of activity, taking the first steps in creating our strategy plan for the year ahead. The meeting began with group work sessions where we discussed our priority objectives and feasible activities. In the second part of the meeting, we collectively reflected on creating a more participatory community-focused organizational structure and establishing a safe space where everyone can freely express themselves. Additionally, to move forward with a more participatory organizational structure aligned with our goals, we decided to establish a management committee. Throughout the year, we will continue to engage with our graduates working in various sectors of civil society.
