Minimum Asset Limit Announced for the Establishment of New Foundations

The General Directorate of Foundations has set the minimum asset limit for the establishment of new foundations in 2024 at 500,000 TL. According to the announcement on the General Directorate of Foundations’ website, “For the year 2024, the minimum asset amount to be allocated for the purposes of new foundations has been determined as 500,000 Turkish Lira (Five Hundred Thousand Turkish Lira) by the decision of the Foundations Council dated 11.12.2023 and numbered 545/527.” You can access the relevant statement here.
